I have decided to sit outside for 20 minutes a day by
myself. I will do this to reflect on my day, to get my day started, and/or to
clear my mind and relax. This will be a great exercise to practice since finals
are coming up and I have projects due at the end of the week. This will clear
my mind and force me to calm down and relax. I am excited to see how this
exercise will affect my life. I’m sure it will change me for the better. It
will difficult to force myself to spend time sitting doing nothing when I know
I have a lot of stuff to do. But I think after about 10 minutes outside I will
begin to enjoy myself. By the end of this experiment I’m sure that I will enjoy
this and continue doing this. I am excited to see what happens.
